Hi everyone. I recieved my ShuttlePro v2, but I have some problems. After I restart my PC, shuttle stop working with some programs. He is focused, but nothing happens when I push the buttons. Re-installing drivers helps. But if I am going to turn of my PC problem returns (I need to re-install drivers again).

The same for me (Windows 7 64 bit)

Dear Contour support.
I kindly ask you to pay attention to previously described problem. Even after installing cdi_shuttle_win_2.13.3 version, I stilll have the same problem. Even more, this version asks to uninstall software before reinstalling.BTW, I have Windows 10 already.

I have the same problem. The shuttle works with a new installed driver. If you turn off the computer and reboot it next day there is no PC response anymore. Only a re installation of the driver helps
