 Post subject: Windows Log File Help

We would like to know more about what is happening on your PC when the Shuttle or Shuttle software stops responding. Please complete the form on this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZDLHZMK


1. Press the Windows key + R and type “eventvwr.msc” and press Enter or click OK.

2. Click Yes to give the Event Viewer permission to run.

3. Expand Windows Logs and select Application from the left side.

4. On the right side of the window, click the Find icon and type Contour in the Find What box.

5. Hi-light the events just prior to the Contour event (a few minutes prior) as well as the Contour event itself, right-click and choose Copy[/b ]then [b]Copy details as text.

6. Complete the survey at the beginning of the post or create an email to shuttle@contourdesign.com with the subject Windows Log, type a brief description of your issue then paste the contents of what you copied in the previous step into the message field of the email. Be sure to leave your Windows version (Windows 7, 8, or 10) and which version of the Shuttle software you are using (for example version 2.12).
