Mountain Lion

Mac OS X Mountain Lion and later Apple operating systems have a feature turned on by default which requires that installers be signed by an Apple Developer Certificate. We are in the process of developing a new Mac OS X Shuttle installer that will be signed by an Apple Developer Certificate.

In the meantime, to install the existing Shuttle driver under Mountain Lion, you will need to adjust your Gatekeeper settings to allow applications to be downloaded from "Anywhere", or you will need to specifically exempt the Shuttle installation application in Gatekeeper. For more information on adjusting the Gatekeeper settings, please see:

Please contact if you have any questions.

Thank you,

UPDATE: Mac OS 10.7, 10.8, and 10.9 users can download and install the Shuttle Version 3 driver which is available on our downloads page.

Please note: Any custom settings you have made with previous versions of the Shuttle software (pre-version 3), or settings that have been provided on the Contour Shuttle forum and other sites will not work with this driver if they have not been made or exported with this Version 3 Mac driver. You will need to rebuild any custom settings you have made previously.
