While it might be niceity for the novice user to have a collection of presets available, not having the option upon installation to opt out of those presets, is a pain in the butt.

For those of us who have been using Contour's Shuttle Express, Shuttle Pro and Shuttle Pro V2, we typically know quite well what our preferences are for key settings.
We've developed them over years and even a decade of use.

Considering that you folks didn't have the foresight to provide a pathway for our hard earned former presets, forcing us to remove your provided presets individually, is simply insult to injury.

Bad Form, Contour!

Hi shorelineproductions,

Sorry for the inconvenience, but there are ways to remove the preset settings that come with the drivers. I'm not sure if you are using Windows or Mac. But with Mac you can click the settings button and select Show Installed Apps Only. And if you have settings you created in the past, you can click the settings icon and select Import settings.

For Windows, you will have to show hidden folders. There are instructions on how to do this here, Once you have done this, navigate to computer > OS (C:) > ProgramData > Contour Design. If you remove the CDIShuttle.pref file, it will erase all the default settings. Then you can import your saved settings by clicking options then import settings. I hope this helps.

Best regards,
